With 2025 coming to a close, it's time for the last update until 2026! Thank you for all your support and feedback this year, Humblewood: Beyond the Canopy couldn't exist without all of you!
Heart of Ice Campaign Update + ART!
The final editing of the Heart of Ice campaign is chugging along. Art is being finalized, and the final pages are being assembled as elements are completed. Our initial aim was to have the final PDF in your hands before the end of the year, but to make sure we get you the best version possible, we'll be getting it to you near the end of January 2026 instead. In the meantime, we are excited to share some artwork with you all from key scenes and characters in the campaign.

Hello backers! Get ready to explore all of Wesden with the release of the Chapter 3 work-in-progress PDF!
Humblewood: Beyond The Canopy Chapter 3 V0.02 PDF
Right after this update goes live, we'll be sending out PDF of the full "Exploring Wesden" chapter of Beyond The Canopy to all backers receiving digital rewards. It contains all the content from the earlier Chapter 3, Part 1 release, but also the deep dives into the Firnveldt, Stormcrag and Tanglewilds regions. Be sure to check your emails for a message from BackerKit and instructions on how to download this release!

Beyond the Canopy Soundtrack: Now On Spotify!
That's right, the thrilling sounds of Wesden are now available to stream on Spotify. Perfect for playing in the background while you adventure through Humblewood, or even to just make your morning commute to work more exciting. Enjoy!
Heart of Ice Adventure Beta PDF Release
Shortly after this update goes live, we'll be distributing a raw, unedited version of the Humblewood Beyond the Canopy adventure Heart of Ice via BackerKit to all backers. The adventure is broken up into four PDFs, one for each of the four parts of the story, and you'll receive an email from BackerKit notifying you that the content is ready to download. Also included is the unedited Bestiary and NPC appendix. We would love your feedback, so after you've had a chance to review them, please fill out our feedback form and tell us what you think!

Hello backers! We're back again to share another piece of Humblewood: Beyond the Canopy with you, along with a status update about the adventure.
Humblewood: Beyond The Canopy Chapter 3, Part 1 V0.01 PDF
Right after this update goes live, we'll be sending out PDFs of the first two sections of the "Exploring Wesden" chapter of Beyond The Canopy to all backers receiving digital rewards. Just like the previous release, this is a work in progress, and it is missing some final artwork and a full proofread. It contains a general guide to adventures in Wesden, as well as "Humblewood and its Hinterlands," a primer for the Humblewood region featured in the first Humblewood book, and "The Crystal Expanse," a deep dive into the frozen north of Wesden.

Heart of Ice Adventure Status - End of 2025
We are hard at work on the final edit of the adventure that is included in Humblewood: Beyond the Canopy, but it is unfortunately taking longer to complete than expected and we will not have the final version ready for you until closer towards the end of 2025.
To help tide you all over, we will be sharing the raw text of the adventure in PDF form as part of our October 2025 update.
It will be just the text, without its final edit and without any art, but will allow you to read and give feedback on the adventure in its current state. We're excited to get your thoughts on it in October!
