Manufacturing Update, UK/EU Candle + Digital Updates

Hi, backers!
The majority of products have been fully approved and are in the midst of mass manufacturing! We are very excited to get these into your hands. Read on for updates to the timeline and other fulfillment news:
Manufacturing Update
Due to a miscommunication with our manufacturers, Humblewood: Beyond the Canopy 2 will now finish production in December 2026.
Why the delay?
Staffing changes at the manufacturer resulted in some miscommunication and errors in the manufacturing timeline. We have been working closely with the manufacturer to get everything back on track and we are happy to report that the majority of products are now approved and currently in mass production. We are currently still working on approval for hats and dice, and hope to have a final timeline for them soon.
Once the mass production samples are approved, and if there are no further revisions to the products required, we are now estimating manufacturing to be completed mid-December 2026.
What does this mean for fulfillment?
The manufacturing delay has pushed fulfillment estimates to mid-February 2027.
Thank you for your patience as we make Humblewood: Beyond the Canopy the best product it can be.
Manufacturing Samples
Here are the approved samples of some of the products that came in since our last update:
UK/EU Backers - Candle Regulations
Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that candle import regulations prohibit us from selling and fulfilling candles in the UK/EU region.
As these are hand-made artisanal candles, we are unable to get the required testing to fulfill the GPSR requirements to import the candles.
Next Steps:
UK/EU Backers
The backers from the UK/EU who ordered candles will receive a refund. If you ordered a candle as apart of a tier, refunds will be based on tier pricing:
Keep an eye out for the refund in your account in the coming week. If you do not receive a refund by the end of October, please reach out to [email protected] and we will look into this for you!
If you are not in the EU and you ordered a candle
No further action is required! We will be able to ship your candle to you no problem.

Thanks to our friends at Gameday Preppers, we’re ahead of schedule for the Roll20 release, which is available to all backers at the Digital Deluxe Tier and above!
The Humblewood: Beyond the Canopy module will then populate in your “My Marketplace Items” section!

Manufacturing Timeline Update
Now that the samples have arrived, our manufacturers were able to provide us with the official manufacturing timeline:
Manufacturing End ETA: Mid October 2026
HPP Warehouse ETA: January 2027
Our manufacturers are hard at work making sure the end product is the best it can be. We are very excited to get these rewards in your hands next year!

We’ve sent our revisions along to the manufacturer and we are now gearing up for mass manufacturing! We are still waiting on some samples from some of our other manufacturers; once those arrive, we’ll show you how they turned out!
Proofing/Manufacturing Progress + Digital Updates

Hey backers! Spring is heating up and so is Humblewood 2 manufacturing! We are almost done e-proofing the majority of rewards and we have some exciting samples to show you below:
Manufacturing Updates
Boxsets, Books, and the Majority of Accessories:
All files have been sent to manufacturers!
Currently e-proofing: tweaking designs, ordering samples, and preparing for mass manufacturing
Miniature Updates
E-Proofing: Complete!
Master Samples: Approved!
Next Steps: Approving the molds and then mass manufacturing!
E-proofing has been completed for the miniature sets! We've requested a few tweaks to the Aspect of Water's base size, but the master samples have been approved! This means that the final molds will be created and we will see some new samples with all of the final materials and base sizes.
HW2 Pendant Updates
Our jeweller has finished the pendants and they look stunning! Our team will be packaging these pendants up to get them ready for fulfillment.
