All exclusive rewards, including pre-launch & early bird, will be automatically added to your pledge via BackerKit once the campaign ends and surveys are filled out.

Can I use this book if I don’t have the Humblewood Campaign Setting?
Humblewood: Beyond the Canopy does NOT require the first Humblewood book to play, but seasoned Humblewood players can easily continue their adventure from the first book.

What is included in my pledge tier?
The main campaign page (click “Campaign” in the header!) details all rewards in each pledge tier! Locate the tier you are interested in and underneath will be images of everything in that tier as well as an itemized list of everything that’s included.
Additionally, your pledge tier may include unlocked stretch goal content. See the Stretch Goals section for more details.

When will you begin fulfillment?
Estimates are subject to change as we move through the process, but the writing, editing, and art for the book (as well as design for the other products) have all been completed, which should limit unexpected delays.
Currently, our plan is to begin fulfillment of solely digital products (excluding Stretch Goal content) in October 2025.
Fulfillment of physical tiers is planned to begin in October 2026.

Will you be using a pledge manager after the campaign ends?
Yes, we will be using BackerKit! You’ll want to ensure your Kickstarter email address is correct and will match the email you use for BackerKit.
Please note: If you choose to sign-in to Kickstarter using an Apple account, and you’ve selected “Hide My Email”, Apple will generate a random Private Apple ID email address, which may inhibit you from receiving your Backerkit survey and any subsequent Kickstarter updates or emails.
If you experience issues with a Private Apple ID relay, please email us at [email protected] with the email address you would like to use for communications with us.
Based on our current timeline, we expect to send surveys out May 27th, 2025.

The standard and deluxe book’s writing, art, and design has already been completed, along with all of the other products (jigsaw puzzle, GM Screen, coloring book, maps, etc).

How is shipping calculated? Will the shipping cost cover import fees/customs fees/VAT?
Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of the package. Check out the table at the bottom of the campaign page for our rate estimates! Import and customs fees (including VAT) are not included in our shipping—those are the responsibility of the backer.

What age group is recommended?
Humblewood: Beyond the Canopy is recommended for ages 10 and up! There’s some mild fantasy violence in the book, but nothing really graphic.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
